Directions
Preheat oven to 350°F. Line two baking sheets with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, mix the peanut butter, water, egg, and carrot together. Add dry ingredients. The dough should be thick and heavy.
- Roll the dough out onto a floured surface to 1/4" thickness. Cut into shapes using cookie cutters. Arrange on the baking sheets.
- Bake for 20-23 minutes, or until lightly browned.
- Remove from oven and allow to cool completely before serving.
Recipe Note
Because the dough is sticky, spray your rolling pin with oil before rolling it out on the floured surface.
