1 box Pumpkin Pour Overs

2 eggs

¼ cup of Instant Goat’s Milk (prepared)

1 cup of Dehydrated Food (any recipe)

½ cup whole wheat flour

1 tsp baking powder

½ tsp cinnamon
-
½ tsp turmeric

1 cup non-fat Greek yogurt
-
1 cup of reduced-fat cream cheese
-
1 tbsp of pumpkin puree

a sprinkle of cinnamon

Parmesan Peck for topping

Frosting
Directions
For the cake
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Combine ingredients to form a light batter. Line a cupcake tray with your favorite liners. Pour the batter evenly into each cupcake liner.
Bake for 17 minutes.
Allow to cool before adding frosting.
For the frosting
Beat ingredients together until light and fluffy.
Once the cupcakes are cool, frost them with your mixture and top with a Parmesan Peck.
