Ingredients

2 Eggs
Honest Kitchen goat’s milk
1/3 cup of apple sauce
1 tbsp of greek yogurt
1 cup of almond flour
1/2 cup of oats
1/2 cup of blueberries (fresh or frozen)

Directions

Whisk 2 eggs in a bowl
Add 1/3 cup of goat’s milk, 1/3 cup of apple sauce, and 1 tbsp of greek yogurt
Mix together
Add 1 cup of almond flour and 1/2 cup of oats
Mix together
Fold in 1/2 cup of blueberries (fresh or frozen)
Spoon into a greased mini muffin pan (I used coconut oil )
Bake in the oven at 375• for 20 minutes
Serve once cooled and store extras in the fridge
