Ready to get started? You can subscribe on the product page or while reviewing items in the shopping cart. Simply select the desired frequency, add to cart and checkout.

Products ordered through the Subscribe & Save program will get 35% off your first order and lock in 5% off for every recurring Subscribe & Save orders.

To sign up for a subscription, select the product you wish to buy and ensure you've toggled on "subscribe". Then, you'll be able to pick your delivery cadence. You'll also see this toggled on when in your cart, along with a 5% discount.

Yes! We send emails and text messages (if you've opted in) to alert you of upcoming shipments in time for you to make adjustments to, pause, or cancel your order. We'll also let you know once your order has processed and is on the way.

All orders are processed at 12am EST on the scheduled order date.

To modify your order, simply log into your account and click on Subscription. Changes must in made prior to 11:59pm EST the day before your scheduled order date.

The beauty of the Subscribe & Save program is having complete ownership over the frequency of your product orders. You can choose to receive your products every 2, 3, 4, 6, 8, 10, or 12 weeks. You can update the frequency of your subscriptions at any time.

Log into your account and click on Subscriptions to manage active Subscribe & Save orders. You have the ability to make specific changes to each product/order:

  • Change shipping address
  • Change billing address
  • Change frequency of the delivery schedule
  • Skip shipment
  • Update quantity
  • Add product
  • Swap a product
  • Edit payment method
  • Cancel subscription
  • Re-activate subscription

To change your address, you'll want to be sure you update this both in your "my account" portal and "my subscriptions" portal. Although this requires an extra step, both should take only a minute to adjust and will help ensure your order arrives at the right place at the right time.

Log into your subscription portal and select the link on the right side of the page that says Edit Payment Method and enter your new payment information.

*5% discount is only available on full-sized foods, treats and supplements. If you are receiving special pricing through one of our other programs, you may still sign up for subscriptions at your current discount level, although other benefits may be limited.
