To sign up for a subscription, select the product you wish to buy and ensure you've toggled on "subscribe". Then, you'll be able to pick your delivery cadence. You'll also see this toggled on when in your cart, along with a 5% discount.
If this is your first time subscribing to any product on our website, be sure to use code SUBSCRIBENOW for 25% off your first subscription order.
Need to swap or add products? No problem. Simply log in to your account, head to "my subscriptions" and make adjustments as needed. It takes less than 5 minutes to make adjustments.
We know that schedules and needs change. To pause, edit or cancel your order, simply log in to your account and head to "my subscriptions". From there, you will see options to make the necessary adjustments to your delivery, or to cancel altogether.
To change your address, you'll want to be sure you update this both in your "my account" portal and "my subscriptions" portal. Although this requires an extra step, both should take only a minute to adjust and will help ensure your order arrives at the right place at the right time.
Yes! We send emails and text messages (if you've opted in) to alert you of upcoming shipments in time for you to make adjustments to, pause or cancel your order. We'll also let you know once your order has processed and is on the way.
5% discount is only available on full-sized foods, treats and supplements. If you are receiving special pricing through one of our other programs, you may still sign up for subscriptions at your current discount level, although other benefits may be limited.
