Stir until a firm dough is formed. Add water if necessary.; Roll dough out on a floured surface to ½ inch thickness. Directions
Preheat oven to 325°F. Line a cookie sheet with cooking parchment paper.
- In a small bowl, whisk the egg for about a minute. Set aside.
- In a large bowl, add gluten free flour, gluten free oats, Egg Nog powder and cinnamon. Mix well.
- Add whisked egg, peanut butter, and honey into the dry mix. Stir until a firm dough is formed. Add water if necessary.
- Roll dough out on a floured surface to ½ inch thickness. Cut with cookie cutters and place on cookie sheets.
- Place in oven and bake for 20-23 minutes.
- Remove from oven and let cool on racks for 1 hour. Keep treats stored in fridge or freezer in airtight container.
Recipe Note
Use gluten free flour to roll out your dough.
