½ Cup of The Honest Kitchen’s Instant Goat’s Milk

¾ Cup of Spinach

¼ Cup of Plain, Unsweetened Applesauce
Directions
Combine all ingredients into your blender until smooth.
For leftovers, either pour the mixture into silicone molds or on top of a lick mat and freeze.
