Directions
Add Whole Grain Beef Dehydrated Food, egg, Instant Goat’s Milk, and water to a microwave-safe mug and mix.
Microwave for 90 seconds.
Let it cool in the mug.
OPTIONAL - finish with a drizzle of peanut butter.
