We launched a new, updated site on May 17, 2022 to help provide you with a much more seamless experience while shopping for your pet's favorite foods! However, there's a few important things we think you should know:
ACCOUNT REACTIVATION
If you had previously created an Honest Kitchen account, you will need to reactive it in order to earn or redeem rewards points, manage or changes your recurring orders, view past order history and more.
You should have received an email with instructions on how to reactive your account on Tuesday, May 17th. You can get the instructions to reactivate your account resent to your email by visiting this link.
REWARDS POINTS ROLLOVER
All of your rewards points will roll over into your new account! While it may not look like you’ve earned points on past actions (like writing a review) we assure you that your total points balance will roll into your new account.
